Part 1 of "Life of Paul, Series 3" Acts 18:23 & 19:1. Paul began his third missionary journey by strengthening people who already believed in Jesus.
This series is a survey of the life of Christ. The theme will be to learn conversations that Jesus had with various people, and we will try to go in chronological order from His early life until after His death.
View Conversations Jesus HadSometimes there are thoughts that we'd love to share with you, but they really don't fit anywhere in particular. So we have a blog for just such items.
We also have a large archive of all of our previous sermon series. Feel free to have a listen.
We maintain a few shared playlists on Apple Music & Spotify. They serve two purposes: To allow you to learn songs before we sing them, and to listen to a wider array of songs that we have sung corporately for the life of Good News.

Facebook Twitter Join a Community GroupThe stewardship of our finances is a tremendous—and often overlooked—area of our lives where we can faithfully proclaim the gospel. Giving strengthens our devotion to Christ and frees us to live open-handedly with the gifts God gives us. We trust in Him and His provision instead of our perceived self-sufficiency. As people of faith, we give faithfully and generously.
Give Your MoneyJust as we can donate from our finances, we can also donate our time. In this way you can help serve people inside, and outside, the church body. We have many ways in which you can serve:

Part 6 of The Life of Paul, Series 3. Acts 20:3-16. Sleeping in church and a long winded preacher - GASP! These are often two of the highlights mentioned in these verse. However, this sermon gives even more highlights and applications for us to consider.
Part 7 of The Life of Paul: Series 3. Acts 20:17-38. Paul's Speech to the Ephesian Elders gives direct instructions to church leaders and indirectly gives instructions for all Christians to live a consistent lifestyle. What if the entire church lives like you do?

Part 9 of "Life of Paul, Series 3" Acts 21:17-22:29. In this sermon, we learn how and why Paul did not die in Jerusalem, but instead ended up in Roman custody.
Part 10 of "Life of Paul, Series 3" Acts 22:30-23:35. God assures Paul that he must testify in Rome, and arranges for the protection of his life.
This sermon on Acts 24 begins with Paul defending himself of the false accusations against him. It ends with a tragic example of procrastination which ultimately leads to the rejection of the gospel.
Part 12 of "Life of Paul, Series 3" Acts 25:1-12. This sermon covers a second set of legal proceedings regarding Paul, this time presided by Governor Festus. This sermon also includes some advice about how to know and accomplish God's will for your life.
Part 13 of "Life of Paul, Series 3" Acts 25:13-Acts 26:32. This sermon covers the third set of legal proceedings regarding Paul, this time before King Agrippa. It also includes an appeal to not listen to the message of God and then walk out unchanged.
Part 14 of "Life of Paul, Series 3"; Acts 27:1-44. This sermon covers one of the most exciting accounts in the New Testament. It also is a sermon of comfort - that God is faithful to his promises even in the midst of storms.
Part 15 of "Life of Paul, Series 3"; Acts 28:1-10. This sermon covers the time that Paul washed up on the island of Malta. It also tells us what to do with the doubts that stem from noticing that sometimes non-Christians are nicer than Christians.
Life of Paul Series Part 16: "Ministry in Italy" Acts 28:11-28. Paul FINALLY arrives in Rome after 4 months of what "should have been" a 5 week journey. God has many ways to get us where He wants us to be, but He only has one way to save us!
Part 17 of "Life of Paul, Series 3" Acts 28:30-31. This sermon covers Paul's final years and his death. It also points out two lessons from Paul's life: that God's love is for all people and yet, there is a judgment coming if we do not turn to Him.
