The day has finally arrived. We are starting construction of our new 450-seat sanctuary. The building will be located 32 feet south of our existing building. The existing building will be converted to all classrooms, after the completion of our new auditorium.
The county gave us approval to start construction two days ago (May 18). We had requested several waivers on their site requirements to lower our costs and until Monday we were unsure that they would grant our requests or allow us to begin the project with revised plans. We can now go ahead with the project with an estimated savings of $150,000.
Once again, I am reminded that God's plan is always perfect. We must have faith, patience, and always trust in Him.
