This past week as I was finalizing our Community Groups for this fall, I came to realize what an extraordinary congregation we have. We have great diversity, not only in age, but also where we are on our spiritual journey.

We are excited to have a great number of people who are searching, and are coming to Good News, to find out what this Christianity is all about. At the same time, many of you who have been Christians for a long time are now calling Good News Church your home and are being reenergized by Mario's preaching.

Now that our church is over 2 years old, we can see that God has brought us together to start something special. We currently have 232 people, teenagers and older, who worship with us on Sunday morning.

When I looked at all the names of people who signed up for Community Groups, and then added the names of individuals who serve on our Ministry Teams, I was amazed that the number comes to 182. That means that 78% of you are actively involved in the ministry of Good News Church.

We also have another 40 or 60 individuals who are currently checking us out. If you are still quite new, or can't decide if you are ready to get involved, that's okay. When you decide that you want to know more about our Community Groups or our Ministry Teams, let Mario or me know, and we will get you plugged in.

We look forward to discovering what God has planned for us, as we build a congregation that loves God, loves each other, and love those who don't know God yet. Thanks for getting involved.
